Introductory call

Book a confidential 20-minute call.

Choose the professor, propose up to three times in your own time zone and tell us briefly what you would like to discuss. Your call is confirmed once the professor approves a time.

   Request

   Send your preferred windows and a short reason for the call. You receive a receipt immediately.

2. 2

   Approval

   The professor reviews the request and approves one of your windows, or proposes an alternative.

3. 3

   Confirmation

   A confirmation with a calendar invitation and video-call details arrives by email. We aim to respond within two business days.
