Consulting
What kind of advice does Veritas provide?
Independent scientific advice on therapeutic discovery and development, clinical study and trial design, AI-enabled clinical research, and scientific due diligence and independent expert opinion. It is expert advice, not medical care, regulatory representation or legal advice, and it does not guarantee trial, funding or therapeutic outcomes.
Can we sign an NDA before we discuss the project?
Yes. Tick the NDA option in the enquiry form and we will exchange a mutual NDA before any substantive discussion. Until it is in place, please do not send confidential material.
Are fees published?
No. Fees depend on scope and are quoted in writing after the initial review.
How quickly will you respond?
We aim to respond to enquiries and booking requests within two business days.
Who does the work?
The named professor. Nothing is delegated to unnamed associates.
Introductory calls
How does booking work?
Choose Professor Tomasz Guzik or Professor Marta Czesnikiewicz-Guzik, propose up to three 20-minute windows in your time zone and describe the topic briefly. The professor approves a time before anything is confirmed, and you receive a calendar invitation.
Is the call confidential?
Yes. Introductory calls are confidential, and you can ask for a mutual NDA first if you prefer.
Courses
How are the courses delivered?
Live online through Zoom Webinars with EU data-residency settings, in small cohorts. English and Polish courses run as separate sessions with their own schedules, materials and registration.
When will dates and prices be announced?
Register interest in the themes you care about and we will confirm dates, faculty and prices with members first. Prices are shown inclusive of applicable VAT.
Will recordings and certificates be available?
Recordings, viewing-based certificates and course materials are part of the paid membership tier planned for a later release. Details will be published in the Course Terms before registration opens.
Which time zone do schedules use?
Schedules display in your local time and can be added to Google Calendar, Outlook or Apple Calendar in one click.
Accounts and data
What does a free account give me?
You can register interest in several course themes with one form, set your preferred language, manage your profile, opt in to Insights and event invitations, and download or delete your data.
Where is my data stored?
Personal data, form submissions, account data and uploaded briefs are stored within the European Economic Area. See the Privacy notice for details of processors and retention.
How long do you keep enquiries?
Enquiries and uploaded briefs that do not lead to an engagement are deleted after 12 months unless a contract, legal obligation or documented renewal requires longer.
Do you use advertising cookies?
No. We use privacy-friendly, EU-hosted analytics only with your consent, and no advertising pixels or retargeting.
