Course Terms

1. Scope

These terms govern expressions of interest in, registration for and participation in live online courses offered by Veritas Clinical Innovations sp. z o.o. ("Veritas"). Where a course is offered for a fee, the price, dates, language and faculty are stated on the course page before registration.

2. Expressions of interest

Registering interest is free and creates no obligation. It allows Veritas to send you course-related communications for the themes you select until you withdraw.

3. Registration and prices

Paid registration will open in a later release. Prices will be shown inclusive of applicable VAT in EUR, PLN or USD. Payment will be possible by card or bank transfer; a VAT invoice is issued automatically. A registration is confirmed only when payment is received and confirmed.

4. Right of withdrawal

Consumers in the EU may withdraw from a paid registration within 14 days of confirmation without giving a reason. If a live course begins within that period at your express request, you acknowledge that you will lose the right of withdrawal once the course has been fully performed, and that a proportionate amount is payable for sessions already delivered.

5. Cancellation and changes by Veritas

Veritas may reschedule or cancel a course if the minimum number of participants is not reached or for reasons beyond its control. You will be offered a place on an alternative session or a full refund.

6. Delivery

Courses are delivered live through Zoom Webinars with EU data-residency settings. English and Polish courses run as separate sessions with their own schedules, materials and recordings. Schedules are displayed in your local time.

7. Materials, recordings and certificates

Course materials and, where provided, recordings are licensed to registered participants for personal, non-commercial use and may not be shared, resold or published. Where certificates are offered, they are issued after the participant has viewed at least 90% of the recording, are delivered privately to the participant and are not published on any public verification page.

8. Conduct

Participants must respect fellow participants and faculty. Recording, screenshotting or redistributing sessions is not permitted. Veritas may remove a participant who disrupts a session, without refund in serious cases.

9. Complaints

Complaints may be sent to office@veritasclinix.com. Veritas responds within 14 days.

10. Governing law

Polish law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
